Gala dinner:
Fresh mixed salad with red lentils, honey vinaigrette, serrano ham
Main dish should choose in advance:
Honeyed roasted pig with rosemary baked potatoes, Bavarian cabbage
OR
Confit duck leg with onioned mashed potato, apple braised cabbage
Strudel selection with fruit ragout
(Vegan, vegetarian option is also available)
Midnight menu:
Souse’s Soup (Sour cabbage soup)
A glass of champagne
